All Input Freezes Briefly When Braking (Intermittent)

Curious to see if anyone knows how to resolve this. I have DD1 wheelbase, McClaren GT3 v2 wheel, and Clubsport V3 pedals. Sometimes when I brake (typically under heavier breaking zones) all input from my gear freezes briefly. I am playing ACC btw.


Things I've tried:

Updated fanatec control panel, all HW firmware and fanalab - no luck

Tried two different USB extensions - no luck

Tried plugging the pedals in the PC instead of wheelbase - All my gear started lagging/became virtually unusable


Any ideas?
