It seems that it is out of stock in both the US and the EU shops and I really need this in order to connect a new CSL-DD PRO to my old CSR elite pedals. Are there any after market options? I did not see similar cables in Aliexpress or Amazon

I would sent them an email first to check if they do have in stock and then place the order through the website if I were you.
