[Resolved] Am i about to lose my money?

placed an order online on 25th may. Items showed availability date of 12th June, i decided to cancel few days later but am i about to lose my $16.20 for a shipment that wasn't even sent to me? anyone else been through this? Fanatec please help me out as i don't think i deserve this being that you guys didn't send me anything, it wasn't even in stock.

I was not refunded my shipping charges either.
This the same as stealing? They sent me nothing 😡why would they treat customers this way? i had something else in my cart that was currently available just waiting for the refund to hit my account first but this gimmick is driving away customers. Ill keep an eye out over the next few days before taking further actions
that's really BS. I guess if they can't make money selling things (because they have no product) then I guess the only way to stay in business is to keep money for something they didn't have to sell. im trying to get refunded as we speak, and they are surely going to lose a future customer if they keep the shipping money. 15 bucks isn't the point, its the principle.
can I ask how long it took to be refunded? im on day 8, and 2 emails, and still nothing. just goy PayPal engaged today
The website is just very buggy with the way it displays numbers. Your refund will be for the exact same as the original charge. You will not pay for shipping that did not occur.

Hi Vinnie, there seems to have been a problem initiating yours, but it is being looked at. I am told it should be processed today.
Cancellations are always refunded in full.
