Fanatec software just uninstall itself before

Hi
I have CSW v2.5, V3, handbrake and Formula wheel. I powered down my PC and powered down my fanatec base before I removed the V3 pedals. I do this all the time when I do maintenance on my stuff so nothing out of the normal for me.
I installed the D shaped pedals to try them out since I never have before. Powered the base back up then my PC. Wheel wasn't turning full motion so I went to check the profile in Fanatec app. When I went to click on it a window showed up saying "initializing something" and then boom the profiles disappeared. Reinstalling now but curious why this would happen.
Comments
The initialisation message comes up when the base is connected to a different USB device or when you used the Compatibility mode for the first time. That's normal.
