Returning a product within 14 day window
I have been trying to return a product within the 14 day window. I received the product on the 17th and created the ticket on the 28th. Since then I have not heard anything back.
Does anyone know how long it normally takes to get a response or if they even respond?

I've been waiting since Monday, no reply except the auto response that they got my trouble ticket.
Their customer service is terrible.

It is taking a bit longer for a customer service to reply, there are a lot of enquiries at the moment. The team will of course take this delay into consideration with regards to the 14 day window, so don't worry about that. As long as you have initiated the conversation within the 14 days, it will be fine.

The Customer Service has been atrocious from this company. I am filing a charge back from my credit card company, I would recommend other customers do the same.
