Sometimes the Small Joystick on the wheel and/or the pedal vibration stops working

Hi,

i play DR 2.0 with my all new DD Pro and the (cheap) BMW wheel together with the v3 Pedals in VR (Oculus Quest 2). Every time while playing, the small joystick stops working so that i can´t navigat inside the menus of the game. Independant from that, the vibration funktion of the pedals stops working. Sometimes a restart of the wheelbase helps, sometimes only a restart of the whole system included the pc. I set up everything in Fanalab. The wheel and the pedals are connected via usb and are not connected to each other. I don´t mind if this is important. Any idea?

    Hi Timo,

    There is no advantage in connecting the pedals via USB, I recommend that you use RJ12 to the wheel base instead. There is a small change this helps with the pedal vibration issue. Make sure you don't have both cables connected at the same time.

    As for the joystick, I suggest that you open a support ticket about this via the My Products section of your Fanatec account.
