My Fanatec DD1 F1 doesnt work in ps4

When I opened my dd1, white screen comes out in the dd1 screen. No power or data coming from/sending to the wheelrim. Please help !!!!

    The first white screen that comes on it (on the base screen) is to warn you about the torque.

    you have to press ok by pressing the (+) or (x) depending how the button cap is fitted.

    Have tried to connect to the PC / laptop and upgrade the drivers?

    Are you in PS4 mode? If so remove the torque key, unplug the power, start and accept torque warning and reinsert the torque key. WO is to switch the wheel to PC mode before turning off.
