Big problem GT DD Pro

Good morning everyone,
I bought a GT DD Pro and I have an unresolved problem. I complained that the steering wheel since new is bent and the base axis too. I sent photos and videos and after a few days they informed me that I was going to receive a new GT DD Pro. After a few more days they explained to me that it was a mistake and that I should send my GT DD Pro to the after sales service, which I did. After three weeks I received the same back in the same condition and they explained to me that they tested my pack and that everything is fine with it. In fact, it's still warped, which causes great discomfort when driving... So far I'm helpless and extremely disappointed with the situation.

I have the same problem. It will be a problem of all steering wheels or just certain batches. I have a bent steering axis, I don't know if it's ok or not.
I might be late, but I had this issue and part of it was the QR lite, however the stupid shaft is still pointing left and it's so annoying
