Wheel connected directly to quick release

Hi, just wondering if it will work having a wheel rim connected directly to the quick release adapter? I don't want any buttons or shifters, so will this work please?

You need a Hub for enabling FFB.
What? If you buy a custom aftermarket wheel, you are saying DD will not work if it's not connected to a Fanatec Steering Wheel?
Yes, correct.
You need the CSL Hub, ClubSport Universal Hub or Podium Hub to get FFB enabled.
On those Hubs you can mount whatever Rim or 3rd Party wheel you like, but a Hub is necessary.
