Wheelbase CSL Elite + to play PS4 / Xbox / PC with Formula V2

Hello Fanatec community,


I chose the Wheelbase CSL Elite + to play PS4 / Xbox / PC on all 3 systems. I got my Formula V2 full of joy today and unfortunately had to find that my wheelbase keeps freezing when I try to enter Xbox mode.


I would like a short-term solution or I will withdraw from the purchase because to say the least I am missing the words that such an expensive product does not work as described. Corona or not.


Even two hours of support hotline is a cheek.

    I have all Drivers testet and all sucks

    Are you switching into Xbox mode while plugged into the Xbox? I would switch first, then plug into the console. Also which Firmwares (not driver) did you install?
