Hi Simmers,
Past week i bought a new wheel. To let it work i needed to do the update V434 manually.
After the update the Podium disconnects on the most random moments. And it wont respond any more. It got power tho.
Please help me out
Let me tell you, its very very but really VERY frustrating if u are in a race and in the lead.
Thanks in advance.
BTW im using a playstation.

So really nobody can help me out?
I'm afraid I can't be much help, but maybe if you provide a bit more information about your setup, someone else might be able to. What type of wheel are you using? Wheel base? Plastic or metal quick release? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
Long story short, this show is really incredible nobody knows the solution to this problem. Actually tonight i will try to downgrade to V429.
This is my setup:
Podium DD1
V3 pedals
F1 wheel
nothing special i believe except this is a ridicules situation. Its the most high end product of fanatec. They promote to update your wheelbase and wheels. After the update a lot of problems occur.
The only thing i am doing in a race is praying that it wont happen in the race. Yesterday i made a long stint and i having the other problem alswel with the max rotation alarm on the screen.
FANATEC JUST DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AND HELP ME OUT.
btw. I also post my problems at the driver discussion. And also there nobody response.
If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend contacting support directly by opening a support ticket (as opposed to just posting your problem in the forum). Or you can try live chat when the little red chat icon is present. Hopefully they'll be able to give you some answers. Good luck.
I have exactly same issue. Upgraded to 434 driver and 1.63.1 Fanalab and Just randomly APM paddles stop responding. Butons on BME works but paddles don't. After restarting DD2 they work again but then there is no any FFB on DD2 and need to restart game. Happening on ACC and on iRacing. Downgraded to 429 driver and 1.60.2 Fanalab but happens again.
Please contact support, i did the same they have to do something about this problem.
hello also I have the same problem as soon as I face a demanding curve it turns off completely and as soon as I turn it back on I no longer have ffb, I have a dd2, clubsport v2.5x. i play on xbox x series, i also have the power supply fan stopped and it makes a slight hn whistling sound how did you solve your problem?
I have this exact same issue on a DD1. running latest drivers and firmware (439). Maybe I should downgrade?
Hello, I have sent the products that did not work to fanatec, I have attached photos and videos of the problems.
As soon as their technicians analyse the problems they will send me the new products.
Have you managed to solve your problems?
Do you have any news?
Can you post some videos so I can see
No, I don't have it setup anymore. went back to my reliable Thrustmaster TX!
