So how do you check on the status of your order if the main EU site is down. EU customers only.

I guess when they do ship you will receive an email? The last time that did not happen. But I did receive an email when I needed to pay fees to UPS. I am in the UK.

For my android phone I can access the forums as well, cos I do like to read up on problems with the system and offer any help I can, but due to settings on my phone, I need to log into my Fanatec account from time to time, and as the site is down, I am not able to now so no access to forums from there.
I do access through my ipad and pc as well so I am still ok. Just unable to check on my order.
I am sure Fanatec are doing ALL they can to resolve their EU site problems, so will wait.

If the site is down it doesn't matter what device you use. Nothing you can do.
PS - the site is now working. :-)
lol... I think it worked from 1200 to 1330... it is not working now again...
It's working fine - you might need to clear your cache.
