v3 pedals - cant calibrate brake pedal

ive noticed that when i press the gas pedal, the brake pedal is actually registering like its being slightly pushed. ive tried re-calibrating them several times. but cant seem to fix it.
i noticed because the DRS would keep shutting of while playing F1 2019. and i couldnt figure out why.... lol
im using the csl elite base if that matters?
any ideas on how to fix this? or is this normal and i should just apply a deadzone on the brake pedal through game settings?

Set the Pedals into manual mode and calibrate them in the driver with a slight Deadzone.
ive tried doing so through the fanatec wheel setup thing on my desktop. basically i would engage the gas pedal fully, and then hit the min on the brake pedal but that doesnt seem to work
is that what you mean?
You have to set max when pressing the pedal fully,then lean on the pedal and set min to set a deadzone.
