My CSL Elite died

I purchased my CSL Elite on March &, 2021 and updated to the 420 drivers today. Now when I push the power button, the fan starts but it doesn't start. It goes dead when I take my finger off the power button. I have looked all over the web site for a way to get a hold of tech support but cannot find way to contact them.

Any help would be appreciated

    Website > top left menu > Support/FAQ > To Support > Login > Select your product > Support button > green Proceed button > Select platform (and OS if applicable) > Continue > You've reached the support form

    (the form can have issues sometimes)


    In the bottom right corner of the website there should be a red square with a chat icon for Chat Support (working days/working hours I believe)


    There was also a phone number somewhere. Don't recall, but for me (EU) the automatic answer (weekend) was in German
