Double Payment for F12020 Limited Edition Wheel

Good morning,
I had placed my order for the F12020 ClubSport Wheel Limited Edition. The first attempt with credit card payment, due to the site overload, generated an error not creating the order in my user profile. But the money was deducted from my credit card.
Subsequently, given the problem, I preferred to pay by bank transfer (from Italy to the account indicated in your confirmation email). In this case, it gave no problems and generated the order.
I sent an email from here: https://fanatec.com/eu-en/forms/index/sFid/39 but it was not possible to attach the accounting documents of the two payments through the form.
Is there anything else I can do? Are the refund times long?

Did the credit card charge actually go through, or is it still a pending charge? If still pending, it will probably fall off. If it already went through, but you don't have any order confirmation to go along with it, I assume you'll have to wait for support to get back to start the refund. Due to world issues, their support reply time has been about 4 business days for me.
I have refunded one purchase online and it actually showed up on my card the very next day.
No no, I waited 2-3 days to check if the amount was only "reserved" or pending. But yesterday I contacted my bank. Payment has been done. :(
