[Solved] Charged on paypal but no confirmation or order showin on fanatec website?

First few times I tried to order I got an error while making payment so I switched to paypal but after i paid the website crashed. I have been charged on paypal but have no confirmation email or any order showing on fanatec website? I have never experienced so much hassle ordering something than I have the past 2 days.

    Normally the order should show up immediately. It sounds to me like the payment has failed part-way through the process, which means that you need to place a new order. Please contact customer service and your PayPal payment can be refunded. The team can be reached using the 'Contact' option at the top of the site, followed by selecting 'I have a question about my order'.
