CSL P1 paddle shifters issue!

I've had my p1 rim since September 2019 and I've found the paddles on the rim have gradually gotten lighter in the feel. There is no bump feeling anymore that the snap-dome mechanic originally creates and has now become completely linear so it doesn't feel like l'm shifting.

Does anybody know how i can fix this?

    Best to contact the support team while it is still under warranty. Is it registering inputs correctly?

    yeah its registers perfectly fine its just no feel to it. I've dropped them an email but due to the virus, ill have to wait longer for a replay

    I have the same issue with the downshift on my P1. I contacted support and now I have to send it to them for repair.
