Account Frozen??

I've got an account and have ordered and received a Podium bundle. I have one item left to be delivered and an issue with billing for the Podium.

When I try to log in I get :

Your access data could not be assigned to a user

and then:

Too many failed login attempts. Your account has been temporarily deactivated - Please try again in a few minutes!

This has been going on for 2 days.

Wondered what is going on?

    Did you make sure the website is on the correct region? If so, send an email to webshop@fanatec.com
