Clubsport V3 losing calibration

The brake pedal loses calibration after every reboot. Wheel property page set to run as administrator.
No brake pedal input registered until switching between automatic and manual, then only small input registers until max is set.

Are you using Fanalabs? If so make sure that isn't importing a lower setting every time it runs.

No, I'm not using that.
After several days without saving calibration, calibration has saved for the last several days, so the issue appears to have resolved itself.
