ClubSport Shifter SQ V 1.5 broken H-pattern mode, neutral not selectable
Hi,
I have a ClubSport Shifter SQ V 1.5 and I am experiencing issues with the H-mode after switching between SQ-mode and H-mode.
When in SQ-mode and selecting selecting H-mode, the stick immediately drops into 3th or 4th gear. I can freely move the stick between 3th gear, neutral and 4th gear. There is no friction at all, with one finger I can move the stick around easily, it even bounces back. Reverse, 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th and 7th gear are fine.
Switching back from H-mode to SQ-mode requires some manual assistance. I have to manually move the stick in the centred position, and only then I can move the switch to SQ mode. If I don't manouvre the stick in the centered position, it does not go into SQ-mode. When selected, I can use the SQ-mode without issues. Only the H-mode seems broken.
It happens without attached to the steering wheel or when the wheel is not powered on, so it has nothing to do with shifter calibration or some worts. It’s purely the hardware itself.
I have added some videos and pictures of the issue.

Do you guys have any idea what happened and how to fix it?
Cheers,

have you tried adjusting the tension screw on the left hand side of the shifter?
