RJ12 or USB?

I currently use CSL Elite with load cell pedals. I have them connected to the pc via usb. Should I connect to the wheel base via rj12 instead? Thanks.

    usb is fine, you will have a higher resolution if I’m not mistaken. 12 bit via usb vs 8 bit via RJ12 but you probably won’t notice the difference with the CSL pedals.

    Hi guys, is this (i.e. resolution difference) valid for CS pedals v3 as well?

    I am very fresh here indeed, just mounting everything in place and wanted to know how to do it properly, as from my OCD perspective, I would like to have one cable from PC to the wheel (and then of course pedals etc. connected to the wheel), but then FW update requires USB anyway. So I thought maybe just fold it somewhere in the pedals, and only connect it when I need to do the update. Any thoughts? Thanks.

    I have both the CSL elite and the v3 pedals.. IMHO usb is 12bit 4096, and rj12 is 16bit as its 65535 (Iracing gives these figures).
