Replacement feet for inverted clubsport

Anyone know how to get replacement feet that attach to the inverted clubsport pedal? My very helpful wife tossed the box I was saving that had these parts before I could install them.

    Also realized the all black pedals were in the same packaging along with all the install hardware for the feet...
