Not possible to send new Support Requests...

Hello,

I just wanted to send a Support Request.

But every time after i entered a subject and message and clicking on "new support request" it clears both TextAreas and shows an error saying "Please enter a message and a subject " ...

Subject is longer than 5 characters

Message is longer than 30 characters

Sry that i have to open a forum topic for this... i would have send a support request that i cant send support requests, but unfortunately i cant send new support requests ...

    I have the same issue. Can somebody finally fix this ?


    Can't you guys see what opinions do you have on reddit and other fanatec related channels ? We paid a lot of cash for your products and there is no way to even contact tech support ?!?!
