it happens the same to me
OKAY.
achieved
Thanks for your help.
I have removed the steering wheel and manually entering the fanatec page, I have installed the firmware that was stuck, even if it was not the last. then i reinstalled the firmware on the single dd2 base.
then he asks me to put the steering wheel and tells me that his firmware is not up to date.
Then I manually search the fanatec website for the firmware of the steering wheel that I install, and it works ok.
Thank you very much for your help.
The issue is still same for me.
Bernedo - I am using DD1 F1 Racing Wheel - Fanatec support please help.
Same issue, brand new V2 and DD1 came yesterday, DD1 works fine, V2 is bricked. Suggestions?
Support will ask you to ship the entire unit back.
My DD1 w/ Formula V2 Wheel bundle is being sent soon and I dont want this to happen. What is the best way to prevent this from happening? Stick to Driver 400??
Honestly I’d probably try sticking to the versions that were before they came out with the new firmware updater app or whatever. I think that’d be version 381.
Update :
Fanatec team promptly fixed the issue by replacing it with a new one !!! RCA - Issue beyond the repair. They replaced with new one !!
Never ever i am going to touch the drivers upgrade option from now !!
THANK YOU TEAM !!!!
Oh wow, i basically have the Exact same Issue, is this Wheel RElated or Base Releated? i mean my Base works fine with 2 other Wheeels, just the Mclaren GT3 V2 is behaving EXACTLY like yours in the Video.
I even made a Video myself here:
