V3 pedals stuck at 50-100% input

Hey guys, I just got a new Pc. It’s my third computer over this last year with these pedals. When I installed the driver on this one, my pedals seem to be stuck at 50-100% input. I installed everything the same way as before. Setting minimum and maximum values do not change where the inputs are stuck at. I have my pedals connected directly to my DD1. I have not tried independently plugging them to my of via usb, but I will try that next. Any help would be useful! On the clutch side setting even half a pound of pressure on the pedal maxes out the inputs as well.

    I'm having the same issue with the V3 inverted pedals attached to the ClubSport 2.5 wheelbase. If I switch to USB, the inputs are no longer stuck at 50-100. Not a good solution overall, but it gets the pedals working at least.
