Clubsport Pedals V1 not working over RJ12

Hi everyone,

just before it was sold out again I was able to purchase a PS2/RJ12 Cable to connect my V1 Pedals to my CSWv2.

Unfortunately, while they work as they should over USB, they do Not work at all connected to the wheelbase.

Is this any sort of known problem or do I have to tell the wheel base in any way that it has pedals connected?

The cable is sold out again so I might not be able to try a different one soon. This might be an issue with the pedals controller or, worst case, with my wheel base.

any idea how I could check which component causes the error?
