Cant see past or present ticket on my products page

Thanks guys for you time , so raised a ticket on Sunday and got a email confirmation and email follow up with an employee, but its been 3 days i didn't get an answer from them but that's not the problem, Its that i cant see my past ticket or present ticket on my account

Thats normal. Current open and old closed tickets are not visible in your account.
Thank you i had someone told me that it can be done....
There is no category in the webshop to see open or closed support tickets, so (at least for now) this is not possible - so everything is "normal".
