Getting my DD2 Base returned or money refunded

They put the wrong address on the shipment after it was a RMA. I picked it up and contacted the shipper but they said they would try and change the address but with so many parcels that was hard to do. Contacted Fanatec 3 times about this and not a single reply other then the "automated one". Now it has finally arrived somewhere but not at my place. Now I don't want it back, I have had enough and want a refund so how do I go about this? I will contact Consumer Affairs In Australia and lodge an official complaint because its getting onto 8 weeks since the DD2 failed
