CSL Loadcel 'forgetting' min value?

i've had twice that for some reason the min force gets 'forgotten'. I've had it once but i messed with the elastomer springs so i thought it was due to that but just now i was in a race and pushed the brake very hard (because some idiot didn't look before re-entering) and after that it was constantly braking for about 5%. After i manually set the min force in the driver it works again but i'm wondering if it might be a hardware issue?

    I can't get my brake to disengage. I can't really accelerate because the brake is being pushed on its own.

    I'm in the same boat had to adjust the lower dead zone first was 5 percent and I've just had to do it again to 12 percent. I don't know what the cause is.
