Old Wheel, New Pedals - Driver?

I have an old ,old, CSR Elite wheel and new CS V3 pedals. In order for the wheel to work, I have to use driver version 311. I'd like to be able to use the pedal sensitivity settings in newer drivers/Control Panel. How do I accomplish that?
