Missing items from V3 Pedal box

I received my order today and in my V3 Pedal box the only items that were in there were the pedals and the bag that they put the pedals in. No USB or other hookup cables, no springs, and none of the other stuff. Has this happened to anyone else before? Super disappointed right now. Is my best option to contact support and wait for them to get back to me?
