Lost all my track and cars in RF2!

As I was attempting to activate the side monitors of my triple monitor set-up, my computer locked up. After it was recovered, I've noticed that all my tracks and cars in RF2 have vanished, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to reinstall them. Any ideas? Thanks.

I would try to verify the game files in Steam.
