Gas Pedal Not Working- Connection tripping RPM

I have recently purchased a CSL Elite Bundle and my gas pedal is not working. When I fiddle with the gas pedal jack, the RPM’s will go to max but the actual pedal does not function. Any experience this or any suggestions?

    Are you on the latest firmware? In which game are experiencing this problem? Perhaps the input needs to be inverted? Does the gas paddle work in the driver?

    You did not pinch the cable during assembly of the gas pedals?

    Same issue Vince - mine was working last night go to race today - gas doesn't work. Can see it still turning the gear. Ugh this thing is only 2 weeks old.
