base display not showing any readings in Rfactor 2

Hi, I have dd2 and porsche podium gt3 rim. in all sim games i have the base display showing laps, position lap times but in Rfator 2, no data is being regestered. do i have to turn something on in the game settings? thanks.

    This is an embed external element. It can be deleted using the delete key or the backspace key. To view the full element, press the preview button below.

    You only need to follow the step provided by Fanalab when you click the "Enable Telemetry" and "Enable Fanalab Support" buttons. Then the ITM pages should work when yoh cycle through them.
