CSR Elite Pedals and Handbrake v1.5

Does anyone know if I can connect the Handbrake 1.5 directly to the CSR Elite Pedals PCB ?

I notice there is an area on the PCB printed with 'Handbrake' that would need a connector soldering onto the board ?

The circuitry seems to be there just doesn't have the connector installed....

As far as I know the handbrake can be connected to either the base via RJ12 cable, or to the PC via USB.

It can also be connected to the pedals, but I am not sure whether the CSR Elite pedals will accept the input directly plugged into the PCB ?
