good evening I have a problem with my fanatec 1.5 shifter which in position h speeds 2 and 3 no longer work I sent an email to fanatec sav Thursday and Friday and nothing no response my shifter is still guaranteed until December 2020 your advice is welcome.


bonsoir j'ai un souci avec mon shifter fanatec 1.5 qui en position h les vitesses 2 et 3 ne fonctionne plus j'ai envoyé un mail a fanatec sav jeudi et vendredi et rien pas de réponse mon shifter est encore garantie jusqu'à décembre 2020 vos conseil sont les bienvenu .

    Just wait for the answer from support. When you sent in a request on Friday you cant expect a reply on a weekend...........

    What's the typical warranty on the shifter? Mine has gone tits up as well.

    hello to all and all my shifter was revised by fanatec and the all came back again thanks to the sav for their responsiveness and their professionalism
