Missing breakpad, no support answer since 4 days
It is quite unbelievable nowadays to receive a product with a missing part. As I opened my CSL Elite pedals, the accelerator gummy pad was there, but the break pedal is missing.
What is even worse, is that I did not even received in answer since 4 days. I'm not talking about delayed deliveries, or logistically COVID related supply chain issues, but answering a basic email saying "sorry, the pad is on its way".
After reading so many complaints on their support all over the internet, I'm starting to get worried. In Germany, you usually get very good support, and this company might be an exception.
I wrote to webshop@fanatec.com, and now also left a message on their support webpage.
Does anyone had a similar experience with such a situation?.
