Using Formula V2 center switch #24

Just got a Clubsport base and Formula V2 wheel. would like to use the center rotary switch #24 as a function in a specific car.

How can one map the center switch for use?

That's not possible, it's a function Encoder for the APM and cant be mapped in game.
