V3s - Question about red preload screw and BPK

Hello guys,

Want to ask here a doubt about red preload screw and BPK. I have installed medium elastomer combo and realized that I have to adjust the preload screw to almost 3 level.

My question is.. Is there a negative point in using the bpk with the preload screw at a high level? Is it preferable to try the hard rubber combo and leave the preload screw at a low level?

When using the BPK the preload screw is just to adjust dead zone from what i understood so it wont matter if its set to 1-5 i reckon

thanks, just curious... what is the difference between medium rubber combo with preload screw at 4 against hard rubber combo with preload screw at 0 or 1?

You need to adjust the pre-load only until there is no movement in the pedal. The chosen elastomers determine the stiffness.
