As you can see, my steering wheel is completely vertical, as you also can see that the steering wheel in the game is not. How can I change this???

Change the SEN setting in the tuning menu to something like 360°

What game? Most modern games have a wheel calibration option so I'm guessing that something went wrong there. If not, then the abovementioned change of wheel SEN setting could help.
