Charge from my credit card, but not on order
I had purchased a Forza Motorsport Wheel Bundle online. It shows charge from my credit card, but it didn't receive any order number and can not find any order on my account in Fanatec. Anyone know what happen of it? Sent email to Fanatec, but not reply me yet. Have no idea whats going on of this.

I'm going through this same thing. Shoot an email to webshop@fanatec.com and they will get with you. They're experiencing HIGH demand right now from the pandemic and the up-tick in sim racing.
I was very impatient and had to understand that the current global situation is causing the delay.
They'll do their best to make sure you get on the right track and get all the necessary information.

I'm in the same boat but they only charged me for half the cost of the bundle. LOL

Still not a word from them about my bundle order. I did order the V3 brake performance kit and button caps and sticker set two days ago. That order is getting more attention, I've gotten a couple emails about that order. Last email says it's being shipped soon. With the huge run on everything sim racing and most products being sold out I think we just have to be patient
