Payment Error

Trying to pay an order of 800eur wheels etc but keep getting payment refused error on paypal and CC. Saw a lot of other threads regarding this issue. Are fanatec aware of this or they just don't care?

    We are aware. Payment error is often a result of a fraud alert being triggered. Sometimes this alert is a false alarm, and can be manually corrected. Please contact customer service via the contact form on the website, via 'Contact' and then 'I have a question about my order' and they will be happy to assist.
