I'm having trouble activating the warranty, I don't know what to do or whoever calls through the menus, I tried this email and I couldn't get a result. , and now in the last update he does not even turn on the display only the fan is heard working and the pc also does not recognize it anyway I want help please I want to know how to send for warranty.

which firmware and driver combination are you using?
To open a support ticket go to “Support/FAQ”, select “Support” and find your product. Select “Support” from the option on the side, “Proceed”, choose “No Solution “
You will then have the form to submit your details.

I can't log in to this section of the faq, just don't let me, I can log in with the same pass on the normal fanatec website and see all the orders etc but I can't access the gaq one. thank you
Did you verify the website is on the correct region before logging in? If it is not working then you can send an email to webshop@fanatec.com regarding the DD issue and mention the log in issue as well.
Let me know if you need help with anything else.

I can't log in to the faq page with you in the normal page and in the forum but in the faq it just doesn't work. Is this a support of this quality unacceptable? with a customer who assembles a cockpit of more than 4k only in fanatec believe if you continue in this ping pong game and nobody talk to me i will never recommend fanatec product to anyone again and in LIVESTREAM vpu explain what happened to me to simply send a dd2 to guarantee says to call the number so they are said to be unavailable please wake up!
I await response from someone from the fanatec this service is simply inademisivel

Estou tendo problemas , meu volante Formula V2 esta parando, rim freeze, e ninguém da Fanatec resolve o problema, pedem para que eu envie a base DD2 e o volante, porém esquecem que a base é muito grande e pesada, além do mais a base não apresenta problema com meu outro volante, Hub + R300. O suporte é horrível. Acredito que eles saibam qual é o problema e apenas querem dar um boot na minha base.
Conseguiu resolver seu problema??

Meu canal da twitch é ptgolld eu mandei a minha base para a garantia demorou muito o processo ate conseguir mandar sao lentos no spoort uma vergonha para quem compra equipamento no valor de 1500€
Estouba espera de resposta mas a min as vezes no volante tambem me bloqueava as midanças nao conseguia nem subir nem descer a marcha em também tem o mesmo tipo de problema?
Sim também tenho o mesmo tipo de problema.
Além das marchas, todos os botões e switches, e leds e o painel oled param também.
Sim é uma vergonha para o fabricante prestar uma assistência tão lenta e ruim, gastamos muito dinheiro comprando os equipamentos dessa marca para termos este atendimento ruim e tantos problemas.

Sim esta complicado mesmo tenta mandar isso pata a garantia aqui nao paguei nada para mandar eles dao os dados e apenas manda mas eu acho que é um problema de fw por isso devem resolver rapido a sua base dd2 tambem desliga dozinha do nada e da um mini torque para o lado que nao tem nada haver com o bamping da pista?
Não, minha base parece normal, somente o volante V2 mesmo.
O problema é que o Brasil está fora da zona de comércio deles, diferente de Portugal, então tudo será por minha conta, enviar base e volante ficará muito caro, gastarei muito dinheiro, além do imposto que terei que pagar na volta dos produtos.
O que eu acho é que é um problema de sfw por isso !
Seria ótimo que fosse pois seria mais fácil resolver.
Imagina se fosse hardware, aí sim teria de enviar o equipamento.
Quando tiver alguma novidade poderia fazer o favor de me avisar?
Sendo sfw eles tem total condições de resolver a distância, sem precisar enviar o equipamento que eventualmente pode ser danificado no envio.
