Support for lost order / package?
Hey there, hoping to get some support for some CSL Elite LC pedals I ordered back in early August - the load cell part was lost by FedEx somehow (this seems to happen to a lot of fanatec shipments from what I see? Packaging issue or something else?). I started a support ticket but have heard nothing, I called support in the US multiple times but no one answers and their voice mail box is full. I left a message at "reception" but they didn't call back either. Is everyone one vacation? Should I get my credit company to reverse the charge? Very weird behavior for a respected brand! Thanks.

Try sending an email to webshop@fanatec.com and mention also the ticket number you have created.
More over check with FedEx as well.
