webshop payment refused ?

hi , fanatec support team ,

can anybody help me to solve account issue , as of my payment refused by webshop .

but i have finish order past few month ( by using same credit card. i have buy DD and wheel and received.)

kindly help me to fix this issue.

( i have write mail to webshop@fanatec.com , but no reply. so i come to here to ask help.)

    Hi, i am trying to order 2x fanatc clubsport shifters and 2x clubsport to usb adapter, evrytime i try and check out it says payment refused.

    when i pay by paypal it says "error with payment" and when i pay with my visa card it says "payment refused" and then has an erroe code in a different language.

    Please can you help me fix this problem or tell me what to do so i can order my items

    I have also sent an email to webshop@fanatec.com and also reply
