Help with csl pedals

Hey whats up. I came into a set of the csl pedals and load cell setup. I have experienced the gas pedal being a pain . Revving by itself and so worth. Now when the throttle is pushed down fully it is only register 75% down. I have emailed fanatec waiting on response. I believe something is wrong with the potentiometer. Where does one buy a new sensor

    Looks like a worn potentiometer.

    You can buy a new one at Fanatec. Just contact them and you should be able to buy a new one that will include the cable, gear and the plastic housing.

    How do you contact them i have left a tech support inquiry like 15 days ago with no response.
