Support team mail account is full! Please fix.

Hello,


I need to respond to a question asked by support (asking for S/N) but keep getting a mail delivery mail back saying this mailbox is full.

Tried yesterday, this morning and just now. Keep getting the postmaster notification.


Is it possible to clear the mailbox? Or respond through another medium?

I don't want to start a new ticket just to respond to an old ticket.
