Order status:Clarification needed

I ordered a cockpit but it is not sent. The status of the order says: clarification is needed. What this means I do not know. I wrote a letter to the sales department, there is no answer.Please help me figure it out.

    Please don't be concerned about this status - if the sales team require more information from you, they will be in contact. In most cases this status will resolve itself.
