Problem with the CSP V3 pedals

Hi

I have a problem with my recently new bought unit.

When came back at my racing seat there was a smell of burnt PCB board.

I did't know immediately what could be the cause but after that, my pedals weren't recognized anymore by my PC .

I have sent this weekend a msg to the support via the "My product" page but haven't received any feedback.

Is this the correct procedure to follow?

    Yes that's the correct precedure. But as you said by yourself, it was weekend. And today is holiday in Bavaria. So nobody was working over weekend and today so don't expect an answer too soon, may take a few days until you get a reply.

    didn't know it was a public holliday, So I will have to wait
