Flywheel with Vibrating motor or universal hub with non-vibrating flywheel ?!?

Hello, for a long time I want to buy a universal hub to be able to put different steering wheels. But when comparing the steering wheels, I noticed that the universal hub does not have a vibrating motor like on a Porche 918 RSR steering wheel or a BMW GT2. My question, is this vibrating motor really efficient because now I don't know what to buy?!?
What is the best choice for you?

The only game on PS4 that supports the grip motors is Project Cars 2. AC, ACC, Gran Turismo Sport or F1 2019/2020 do not support it.
